The Holistic Life Foundation Certification Program is a comprehensive training designed to equip participants with the skills to teach trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness. The program includes an in-person retreat at locations such as Baltimore, Milwaukee, and Santa Monica, where participants will learn, connect, and grow with personalized guidance. Monthly online modules cover topics like understanding trauma, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and the anatomy and physiology of trauma through engaging video lectures, readings, discussions, and journaling. Interactive monthly live sessions provide live practices, Q&A, and group discussions, all recorded for flexible access. Bi-weekly discussion groups offer intimate community support and active participation. Finally, practical teaching experience ensures hands-on practice with mentorship from experienced HLF instructors, preparing graduates to make a meaningful impact in their communities.
